In consultation, we can organise for an appointment time convenient to you, providing unbiased advice in a relaxed and focused environment. We essentially become your creative technology broker during consultation, which guarantees you an environment free from the pressures and shortcomings of traditional retail, with advice given to you based purely on your needs. 100% attention, no interuptions.

We have dedicated specialists available in all realms of digital media, music technology , composition, pre and post production.

There is a consultation fee of $88 GST inc per hour which will be rebated to you if you decide to go ahead and purchase via arck. Please email consult@arck.com.au with a brief description of your needs along with your contact details and a time convenient to call.

We will return a call to you within 24 hours AH or BH, to qualify your needs and book a time with you.
